Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery is available for orders under PKR 10,000. Please WhatsApp us to confirm availability for your delivery address

How long does delivery take?

Our shipping policy lists 1–2 working days within Karachi and 3–5 working days for other cities.  Please contact us before ordering to confirm the timing for your chosen frame and location. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

How do I choose a size and panel layout?

Measure your wall space, then check the dimensions and available options on the product page. Size labels can represent different dimensions across designs. For a multi-panel design, confirm the panel count, individual panel sizes and total wall space including gaps before ordering. Send us the product name or a screenshot on WhatsApp if you need help choosing.

What materials are the frames made from?

Our single-frame listings describe vinyl digital print on adhesive non-tearing PVC with wooden frames; 8 mm lasani wood . Check your chosen product’s description or contact us to confirm its exact materials.

Is installation hardware included?

Installation hardware is not included. You can install the frame yourself; professional installation is not required

Can I return my order?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at islamicframes786@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Our refund policy excludes custom products, sale items and gift cards. It states that taxes and delivery fees are deducted from refund amounts, and approved refunds are paid to the bank account you provide within 45 business days.
